ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the III Additional District Court, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee, to dispose of O.S.No.580 of 2023 as expeditiously within the time frame by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the revision petitioner is aged about more than 50 years and the defendant / respondent not paying rent nearly about three years and illegally occupying the property and hence, he prayed for speedy disposal of the suit.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact, this Court directs the learned III Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee, to dispose of O.S.No.580 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
