Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time to execute the surety in the above Crl.O.P.No.10542 of 2022 order dated 05.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHAMIZHSELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 05.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10542 of 2022 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 13.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
