This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 09.03.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 09.03.2016, it essentially appears to be a dispute between the petitioner and the employer, which is a public sector undertaking.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation, no positive direction can be issued to the second respondent Police to register an FIR.
