Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the First Respondent in R.No. 111420/E4/S1/2018 dated 23.04.2019 and quash the same and direct the Respondent to pass appropriate orders to transfer the Petitioner to Kadambur Primary Health Centre at Koilpatti HUD.

Heard Mrs. C.Sangamithirai, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2. There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 10.50 a.m. today.

3. The Petitioner has challenged the Order in R. No. 111420/E4/S1/2018 dated 23.04.2019 passed by the First Respondent refusing to consider the request of the Petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transfer him to Kadambur Primary Health Centre at Koilpatti Health Unit District.

4. It has been brought to notice that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has been transferred to Primary Health Centre, M.Pudupatti, Sivakasi Health Unit District as Superintendent, where he is presently working, on his own request by Order in R.No. 2334068/E4/S1/2022 dated 23.09.2019 passed by the First Respondent and that there is no vacancy for the post of Superintendent at Primary Health Centre, Kadambur, Kovilpatti Health Unit District as sought by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition. In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
