Crl.M.P.No.8557 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.901 of 2019 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.MP.No.18832 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.901 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019 that the Petitioner shall appear before the Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, pending appeal. 2.This Court by an order dated 20.12.2019, suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment with a condition that the Petitioner shall report before the learned II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases, Coimbatore, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, pending appeal. 3.Considering the fact that the Petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, this Court is inclined to relax the condition to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the learned II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases, Coimbatore, once in three months on the first working day at 10.30 am, commencing from August 2022, pending appeal.
