No.2579/ B4/ 2012 dated 29.08.2016 passed by the 3rd Respondent and quash the same and direct the 3rd Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner into service with all consequential benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petitioner was passed away on 06.02.2019 and her legal heirs are also not interested to prosecute the case and sought leave of this court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
