ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction on respondents 1 and 2 to take action against respondents 3 to 5 for illegal sale auction of the property. It is based on the complaint dated 20.6.2022.

2. We find that the complaint to the second respondent Ombudsman was made only on 20.6.2022 and on 23.6.2022 itself the writ petition was filed. We, therefore, do not find any delay on the part of the Ombudsman in considering the complaint of the petitioner.

3. In any case, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction on the second respondent to take a decision on the complaint expeditiously and in accordance with law. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.16001 of 2022 is closed.
