The learned counsel appearing for the impleading petitioners submits that the petitioners are all affected by interim order passed in the present case.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners submits that he has got serious objections for allowing the impleaing petition. In as much as, they are all not connected to the writ petitioners' cadres.

3. Be that as it may, since the petitioners have submitted that they are all affected by interim order, if not necessary parties, atleast they are proper parties. In view thereof, the impleading petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments. 04.06.2024 (1/2) dm Note: Issue order copy on 06.06.2024.
