ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the SC/ST (PoA) Act, Cuddalore to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in connection with Crime No.0051 of 2026 dated 26.03.2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.02.2026, when the third respondent/defacto complainant went to his land, the petitioner trespassed into his land, removed the fencing and abused him using his caste name. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the third respondent as the petitioner trespassed into the land owned by the third respondent and in turn, the petitioner threatened the de facto complainant and abused him using his caste name. 4.In view of the above factual position, there shall be a direction to the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the SC/ST (PoA) Act, Cuddalore, to consider the petitioner's bail application, preferably on the same day of his surrender, in connection with Crime No.51 of 2026 on the file of the

second respondent Police and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the victims under Section 15-A of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989. The petitioner shall surrender before the jurisdictional Court concerned within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
