Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the bail condition to produce sureties within 15 days from the date of the order made ready and signing before the Respondent police for two weeks, in the order dated 19.05.2022 made in Crl.OP.No.11475 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11475 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.,for a period of two weeks.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
