ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioners' Appeal pending in Appeal File No.2494 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent dated 26.09.2024 by fixing a specific time period.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent would consider the petitioners' Appeal dated 26.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioners' Appeal dated 26.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners and any other interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of uploading of the web copy of this order without waiting for the receipt of a certified copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
