When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.5 of 2015. 2.Since charge sheet has already been filed and the same has been taken on file by the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur in S.C.No.5 of 2015, the prayer of the petitioner seeking to withdraw the records in PRC No.75 of 2015 from the file of Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, does not survive. Accordingly the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
