Crl.M.P.No.6219 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.SR.23788 of 2016 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., This Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 177 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 31.08.2015 made in C.A.No.149 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the Petition and hence, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the main case, if it is otherwise in order.
