After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of in the light of the order passed by this Court in the case of M/s.Hosur Builders, Represented by its Proprietor Vs The Collector/Chairman, District Rural Development

Agency, Tiruppur and others, in W.P.No.2734 of 2022, dated 16.02.2022.

3. The aforesaid order has been followed by this Court in the case of M/s.KCP Engineers Private Limited, Represented by its Director Vs The Executive Officer, Perur Town Panchayat, Coimbatore, in W.P.No.15493 of 2022, dated 22.06.2022.

4. In the light of the aforesaid decisions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner representations dated 24.05.2022 and 07.06.2022 and dispose the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Needless to state, before passing such order, the petitioner shall be heard. No costs.
