Respondent(s) PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to impugned refusal check slips issued by the respondents sub registrar in refusal Numbers RFL/Magudanchavadi/332/2024 and RFL/Magudanchavadi/333/2024 both are dated 22.10.2024 quash the same and further directing the respondent to register the Gift Settlement deeds to survey No.143/12 New Patta No.3693 and Survey No.143/12A1D to extent of 0.08 cents out of 0.12 cents to the petitioner younger brother namely Murugan S/o.Manickam, and remaining extent to 0.04 to the petitioner wife namely Mrs.Dhanalakshmi W/o.Ganesan situated in Thappakuttai village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District without insisting upon the petitioner to produce the individual plot approval.
