This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.118 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.118 of 2018 on 09.04.2018 under Section 379 IPC against unnamed accused. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the investigation in Crime No.118 of 2018 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 10.05.2018 vide RCS.No.32 of 2018. The Closure Report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VII, Coimbatore.
