Mr.A.Muthukumar Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioners seek for an early disposal of the O.S. No.609 of 2023, pending on the file of the IV Additional District Judge at Ponneri. 3.The petitioners are the plaintiffs in the said suit. The respondent is the defendant. The suit has been filed by the plaintiffs for recovery of money. As seen from this Civil Revision Petition, the pleadings are complete in the suit. However, issues are yet to be framed by the Trial Court.

4.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the respondent was earlier set exparte by the Trial Court. Thereafter, the respondent filed an application seeking to set aside the exparte order, which came to be allowed by the Trial Court. The respondent has also filed the written statement along with the application seeking to set aside the exparte order. Thereafter, the respondent has filed an application seeking for rejection of plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C., which is pending. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, only to drag on the proceedings, an application for rejection of plaint has been filed by the respondent.

5. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the IV Additional District Judge at Ponneri to dispose of the suit O.S. No.609 of 2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.After giving due consideration to the year of the suit, this Court directs the Trial Court to frame the issues within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After framing issues, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit O.S. No.609 of 2023, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months thereafter. 7.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
