Crl.M.P.No.7306 of 2023 CRL.M.P.No.7306 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.3733 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.3733 of 2023 on 03.04.2023 to report before the respondent police station every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner had been complied with the conditions and appeared before the respondent Police on every Monday.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 03.04.2023 is totally relaxed.
