ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 05.08.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.192 of 2016. While so, subsequently the petitioner had given another complaint dated 13.08.2016, based on which, the respondentPolice have registered a case in Crime No.1307 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 341, 447 and 506 (i) IPC against one Sathyanarayana Rao, Ashwanth, Velmurugan, Selvakumar and 10 others.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Police have not done any enquiry with regard to his earlier complaint in CSR.No.40 of 2016, wherein he has implicated one Shyam Gettu.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent-Police to enquire into the involvement of Shyam Gettu in Crime No.1307 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
