Crl.M.P.No.7281 of 2023 CRL.M.P.No.7281 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.6942 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.6942 of 2023 on 28.03.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner had been complied with the conditions regularly. Investigation is completed and final report is filed before the concerned Court.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl side), condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 28.03.2023 is totally relaxed.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, on receipt of summon and also co-operate with the trial proceedings.
