Crl.M.P.No.7295 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.833 of 2016 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J This Petition has been filed to amend the Sessions Case in S.C.No.42 of 2015 as Special Sessions Case in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.6736 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.833 of 2016 dated 05.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in a petition filed in Crl.M.P.No.6736 of 2023 seeking extension of time, Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2015 was wrongly mentioned as S.C.No.42 of 2015. Based on the petition filed for extension of time, this Court passed the order. Now the petitioner seeks to amend S.C.No.42 of 2015 as Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks extension of time for a period of two weeks.

3. Considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered and a period of two weeks is granted to comply the order dated 03.04.2023 in Crl.A.No.833 of 2016 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
