ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the 1st respondent to issue " No Objection Certificate" to the petitioner to run a SPA ie., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of RUBA WELLNESS SPA residing at Door No. 3/81/E, Asath Nagar, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District -107 on the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent- Police and perused the materials available on record. 2/5

3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner applied for license before the Authority concerned and the same is pending. However, there is no provision to show that the respondents have to issue "No Objection Certificate" to the petitioner to run a Spa. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as sought for in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is also dismissed. 04-06-2025 mfa Index:Yes/No 3/5
