Heard Mr.S.Balasubramaniam, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction upon the respondent to hear and dispose of his representation dated 12.05.2014 after affording personal hearing to him.

3. This writ petition was adjourned by this Court by the order dated 10.02.2015 to enable the petitioner to implead the proper and necessary parties. Since the order has not been complied with, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and to file a fresh writ petition impleading appropriate parties on the same cause of action. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause action impleading appropriate parties. No costs.
