The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2020 and pass appropriate orders within a time that may be fixed by this Court.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the representation of the petitioner was considered by the respondents rejecting the claim vide communication dated 07.12.2020.
