This petition has been filed to amend the offences as 9(f), 9(l), r/w 10, 11(1), 11(4), r/w. 12 of POCSO Act 2012 instead of 9(f), 9(i), r/w. 10, 11 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crl.OP.No.11291 of 2023 order dated 17.05.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order copy in Crl.OP.No.11291 of 2023, dated 17.05.2023 and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
