ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 02.08.2016, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 02.08.2016, the petitioner has not even given the name of the person who had threatened the petitioner. That apart, the dispute essentially appears to be between the members of apartment. However, the respondent Police are conducting enquiry in CSR.No.213 of 2016.

4. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegation, the respondent-Police is directed to call both the parties for enquiry and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
