When the matter was taken up for Hearing on 06.08.2021, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent that the representation made by the petitioner was rejected by proceedings dated on 14.10.2020. A copy of the proceedings was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a fresh writ petition challenging the proceedings dated 14.10.2020.
3. In view of the subsequent development and also of the fact that the petitioner has already filed a writ petition challenging the impugned proceedings dated 14.10.2020, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is closed. It is left open to the petitioner to agitate his grievance in the fresh writ petition that has already been filed. No costs.
