the 1st respondent bank pertaining to the declaration of educational loan availed by the petitioner in Acc.No.1281651006730 as Non performing asset on 25.09.2024 and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent bank to regularise the petitioner's educational loan account into a standard account.
