This petition is filed to set aside the order, dated 12.07.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.989 of 2021 in PRC No.01 of 2021 in Crime No.259 of 2014 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kalasapakkam.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that all the petitioners / accused involved in this case have been acquitted on 28.03.2022. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
