Crl.M.P.No.7287 of 2023 CRL.M.P.No.7287 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.6689 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.J., Vide order dated 24.03.2023, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner had been complied with the conditions regularly.

Investigation is still pending.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 24.03.2023 is partially relaxed. Petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Monday by 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
