This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in pursuant to the FIR in Cr. No.3 of 2021 dated 02.03.2021 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same

2. Heard Mr.D.Deva Arul Samuel Cibson, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed; the charge sheet has also been filed and it was taken on file in C.C.No.2924 of 2021, before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
