This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners that shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter and and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.11162 of 2023 on 11.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
