The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash M.C.No.432 of 2009 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 19.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.07.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Even today i.e. On 22.06.2018, when the matter is called, again there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
