The petitioner made a representation on 07.03.2014 alleging that in the computerised patta one Survey Number has been left out and to include the same in the petitioner's name. Pursuant to the representation, a report was given by the Revenue Inspector on 25.03.2014. The Village Administrative Officer has submitted a statement. As no further action is forthcoming, the petitioner made another representation on 08.05.2015. As despite the same no further progress is made, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass orders on the pending representations of the petitioner taking into consideration the report of the Revenue Inspector as well as the statement given by the Village Administrative Officer, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
