1. This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th Respondent to remove the unauthorised construction put up by the 6th Respondent at Sri Devi Chettinad Unavagam, No.8A/1, Jawaharlal Nehru Salai, 100 Feet Road, ekkattuthangal, Chennai-32, in the pavement/pathway as per the communications of the 3rd Respondent in Memorandum No.1406/2024/A3, dated 15.04.2024 and the 5th Respondent in Z.O.13/C.No/C7/1800/2024, dated 25.03.2024.
2. This Court heard the learned counsel on either side and considered their submissions.
3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the unauthorised construction was put up in the public road and that after filing of this Writ Petition, the said unauthorised construction put up in the public road had been completely removed and that therefore, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. 2/4
