When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the stolen amount of Rs.2,27,000/- has already been recovered from A3 at the time of arrest by the respondent. Hence, he condition 5(a) of the order this Court dated 05.06.2024, may be recalled.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the petitioners also confirmed that the stolen amount of Rs.2,27,000/- has been recovered from A3.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the petitioners on 05.06.2024 is made absolute and the condition 5(a) of the order this Court dated 05.06.2024 is recalled.
