ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the 3rd respondent to release the pending document No.143/2023 which has been presented on 22.08.2023.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that will has been registered on 22.08.2023, however, the same has not been released. Hence, this writ petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that they will pass order and release the document within a period of four weeks. Such statement is recorded.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

6. Such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders and release the document as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs. 2/4
