This is the Second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 6(4) of the TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 R/w Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of EC Act, 1955 in Crime No.95 of 2022.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused was found in possession of 12000 Kgs of PDS rice in their van and on seeing the respondent police, the petitioners ran away. Based on the confession of the first accused, this complaint.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13624 of 2022, on 14.06.2022, considering the fact that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is required.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of

the case, and that there is no change in circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 05.07.2022 mpl
