This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26793 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024.

2. The compliance report was filed in the Court. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the orders of this Court has not been complied with in its letter and spirit.

3. A contempt is a proceedings wherein, the petitioner only brings to the notice of the Court that, the orders of Court have not been complied with. Thereafter, it is for the Court to consider whether its order has been complied as intended by the Court. Therefore, it is subject to the satisfaction of the Court that is required.
