WP NO.32073 OF 2015 & MP NO.1 OF 2015 RMDJ Mr.S.Ramesh learned AGP takes notice for the respondents. Invokes Rules 7 & 8 of the Life Insurance Corporation of India Development officers(Revision of Certain terms & Conditions of Service) Rules 2009, Coupled with Sub-rule (8) the Service of the petitioner was sought to be terminated and accordingly the impugned proceedings came to be passed.

In similar matters, latest in WP No.6023/2015 by order dated 6/3/15 this court granted an order of Interim stay. Therefore, I am inclined to grant an order of interim stay in this matter also.

Accordingly, there shall be an order of Interim stay. The Registry is directed to tag this matter alongwith connected WP No.6023/2015 etc.
