ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute of sureties in Crl.M.P.No.1887 of 2016 dated 03.06.2016 on the file of the Principal and District Sessions Court, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.1887 of 2016 on 03.06.2016 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, on condition that the petitioners shall surrender on or before 17.06.2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Cuddalore, and furnish a bond and security.

4. The petitioners filed Crl.MP.No.2098 of 2016 before the Sessions Court, Cuddalore for extension of time, granted in Crl.M.P.No.1887 of 2016, and the petition was dismissed for nonrepresentation, may be due to ensuing boycott of Courts. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Under such circumstances, this is not a fit case to interfere under Section 482 Cr.P.C. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the Sessions Court, Cuddalore, in accordance with law for extension of time and on such filing, the same shall be considered.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
