ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Acting Chief Justice) In this writ petition filed by Traffic Dr. K.R.Ramaswamy, the learned counsel on record had filed a memo, which reads thus: "It is submitted that the petitioner has no objection in allowing the W.M.P.No.24146 of 2018 and I leave the matter for decision of this Hon'ble Court. This memo may be considered and suitable order passed and thus render justice."

2. Even though the main prayer in this writ petition is seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation dated 26.10.2017 sent by the petitioner and to scrap the current proposal to build a new memorial for Late Chief Minister Selvi J.Jayalalitha at the Marina Beach, Chennai and to relocate the existing three memorials of former Chief Ministers of Tamil Nadu to Gandhi Mandapam at Kotturpuram to protect the coastal Zones of Tamil Nadu, the petitioner has now left the matter to the decision of the Court and has no objection to allowing W.M.P.No.24146 of 2018 in W.P.No.20531 of 2018.

3. The stand of the learned counsel for the petitioner only shows lack of bona fides in the writ petition.

4. This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CCC) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar
