This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 06.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.8056 of 2023 on 20.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
