The petitioner is said to be the wife of freedom fighter, since deceased. It is the case of the petitioner that though the freedom fighter pension of both the State and Union Government have been paid during the life time of her husband, it was not continued thereafter. Thus, she made a representation to the respondent no.2 on 24.08.2015 in this regard. Since the same has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
