ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(2) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.1255 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there are eight previous cases as against the petitioner and would further submit that earlier the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.12421 of 2021 seeking bail and this Court dismissed the said petition. 5.Considering the fact that there are eight previous cases as against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.12421 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
