This application has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of crime no.700 of 2022 and to comply the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5206 of 2023, dated 05.04.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to deposit the amount as ordered by this Court, from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order.
