ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.507 of 2007, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.Today, Mr.Raja Sekaran, Inspector of Police, Vedaranyam, is present before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondent police, submitted that the police have completed the investigation in Crime No.507 of 2007 and the final report has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam on 23.06.2015. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
