ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.05.2021 and proceed with according to law.
2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 08.05.2021 thereafter CSR was assigned. But, no action has been taken. Hence, the above petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR assigned. Both the parties were called for enquiry and thereafter, the case was closed on 11.08.202. Hence, they were advised to approach the appropriate Court and he further submits that the closure report is yet to be served to the petitioner.

4.In view of the same, this Court directs the respondent police to serve the closure report to the petitioner. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
