Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents in any manner interfering with the day to da functioning of the petitioner's club namely Thendral Manamagizh Mandram situated at No.6, Kottakara Naidu Street, Pallivasal back side, Vadalur Cuddalore District, based on the petitioner's representation date 15.09.2015.

ORDER
The petitioner has come before this Court with the grievance tha despite the petitioner carrying on only legal activities there is perceived interference at the hands of the respondents.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents on instruction submitted that as long as the petitioner carries on activities in th manner known to law, the respondents would not interfere, but the sam cannot be construed to state that the petitioner can do illega activities without the interference of the respondents.
3. Considering the submission made, this writ petition stand disposed of by holding that the respondents shall not interfere with the lawful activities of the petitioner, making it clear that in the event o any alleged illegal activities by the petitioner, it is well open to the respondents to take action in the manner known to law.
