PRAYER:
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 17.07.2014 and give adequate protection for petitioner family to worship and participate Adi Pooja held on 29.07.2014 to 02.08.2014 to the temple.

ORDER
No representation for the petitioner. A perusal of the prayer sought for in the writ petition would show that the relief sought for no more survives, as the period mentioned in the prayer for family worship is already over.
2. Considering the above fact, while the impleading petition is allowed, the writ petition is dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
